As we know by now, chakras are centralized locations where subtle energy channels converge. When you make an attempt to understand more about these energy centers, it can inspire you to know and understand yourself much better.

What is AjnaChakra?

The AjnaChakra is considered to be the seat of the mind and that of conscious and unconscious awareness. It is perceivedas the center of intuition, vision, self-assurance, imagination, prophecy, and inner knowing. It is alsoconsidered as the gateway to the internal cosmic realms. It is the site of awareness, freedom and discrimination.

Unlike the other chakras, the AjnaChakra is not associated with any element, because it is considered as being ‘beyond’ any physical element.

Some of the yoga poses that help in connecting with the Ajna energy center are, vajrasana, adhomukhasvanasana, meditation and nadishodhana.

Why is the Ajna Chakra important?

The energy within the AjnaChakra helps you to learn and discover yourself — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It helps you cut through illusion and reach the truth hidden within the depths of your being.

As your energy aligns within, you become mindful and are able to view everything from a witness’s point of view.

Let’s try and understand this better by looking at a spiritual life.

It was September 11, of the year 1893, more than 125 years ago, when an eloquent speech was made at the Chicago Convention of Parliament of Religions.

This historic speech was made by a spiritual genius of great intellect and power — Swami Vivekananda. His desire to know the truth about God, led him to Sri Ramakrishna and on the path of spirituality.

Swami Vivekananda was a lover of mankind. A mystic of the highest order, he had a direct intuitive experience of Reality.

With the help of his third-eye energy he could make his mind soar above worldly affairs and lose itself in contemplation of the Absolute.

In the latter years of his life, many seekers of the truth found a spiritual guide in Swami Vivekananda.

I can help you attain this state of life, moment by moment, which will help you to not only see but also understand life.

My several years of experience as a Financial CHAKRAS practitionerhavegiven me opportunities to mingle with people from all walks of life. I have given an ear to their problems and tried to understand their pain.

The graph of life is a series of ups and downs, almost like that of a stock market, but we fight on, no matter what. This is where the powerful techniques of aligning our imbalanced chakras come into play. I can help you travel this very interesting path — the road that leads you towards higher consciousness and liberation.
