The Throat Chakra

Welcome! I am Ash Shukla. I am the founder of the Financial CHAKRAS movement. I help decipher the power of Kundalini energy to help you realize your ultimate destiny or financial nirvana.

In this blog, I’ll be touching on the fifth chakra or throat chakra, called Vishuddhain Sanskrit. The chakra is located at the base of the throat.

What is throat chakra?

The Vishuddha chakra or throat chakra is associated with ether or space. The energy center of the throat chakra is linked to communication, creativity, and self-expression. According to ancient Hindu traditions, this chakra is also considered the home of human emotions.

Maybe that’s why when we are emotionally disturbed, we often say we’re “choked up” and are unable to speak clearly. So it makes sense to think that the throat chakra is the emotional hub.

Why does the Vishuddhachakra matter?

It is said that the Vishuddha chakra or throat chakra connectsthe heart with the mind. The imbalance can make you feel confused, with your thoughts scattered all over. You would find it difficult trying to figure out whether to focus on yourself or the outside world. This can result in poor communication, along withimpaired understanding and sensitivity.

Let us try to see some examples to help us understand thisbetter. Leaders with a balanced throat chakra know how to leverage the power of communication to their advantage. When they speak, people believe what they say.

Let’s take the example of John F. Kennedy, who is counted among the greatest and most admired presidents of America. His speech galvanized the entire nation and a generation of people. People believe such leaders and what they say.

Great leaders, whether they are from any field, arecompletely in control oftheir communication. They are rarely impulsive and that is why people believe them. They have the propensity to turn blueprints into reality merely by inspiring people.

Wondering what you can do to balance your throat chakra?

You can practice certain yoga poses, such as the camel pose (ustrasana), bridge pose (setubandhasarvangasana), and plow pose (halasana) to stimulate and channelize energy to the area of the throat.

However, there is more to this than just meditation. I follow a very powerful and effective technique to activate your throat chakra.

In my several years of experience as a Financial CHAKRAS practitioner, I have come acrossmany people who have faced financial and emotional breakdowns after their businesses failed.

It is exactly to help such people that I have developed some very powerful techniques that can rectify imbalances in their chakras.

Once you start practicing these techniques you will soon start observing changes in your life. You will come out calmer and poised.

These techniques will guide your life towards a better version of you — one who is successful in your profession and foresighted with your finances.
